Working with Me

I work with each client as a unique individual. I have a range of techniques which I can use depending on the nature of the problem and the individual client's response. You can find more details about these techniques when you look at the NLP, Hypnosis & Life Coaching page.

Booking a Session

1. Initial Telephone Contact

Prior to seeing any client I speak to them first on the phone to get an outline of the problem, I will only take on clients that I think I can help. We both need to be confident that we can work together... Call me on 07455 811377

2. Booking Forms

I will then email out a set of simple booking forms including medical information and some important questions about your issues. This includes what you expect from the session and how will you know when you have it.

These forms need to be completed, signed and returned to me by post at least 7 days prior to the appointment.

3. The Session

A standard session lasts 4 hours. I have found over the years that this gives optimum results and I see over 80% clients only once. Any subsequent sessions are charged at an hourly rate agreed in advance. Some people may benefit from a shorter session (in particular children). This will be discussed prior to booking.

No therapist or practitioner can guarantee 100% success rate and I would be highly suspicious of anyone making this claim. I undertake to give each individual my best attention from years of experience working in this field and as a GP.

Important Information For Bookings

Number of Sessions

Although many problems can be treated with a single session, two or three sessions are sometimes required. Please allow approximately 4 hours for the first session unless it has been agreed otherwise.

Payment of Fees

Upon booking an appointment, you can either pay in full via the online store or alternatively you can send a £50 deposit with the application form. Where a deposit has been paid, full payment is normally due at the end of each session by cash or cheque.

Canceling Appointments

Once you have been given an appointment, you should make every effort to keep it. Should you need to cancel, you can do so by contacting me directly. You may cancel an appointment up to 48 hours beforehand without financial penalty. Cancellation within 48hours will require full payment of the session fee if the session cannot be rescheduled. All deposits are non-refundable.

Client Confidentiality

Notes will normally be kept of each consultation. This will be beneficial should you require further therapy in the future. Nobody will be informed that you have had therapy, and your GP, or another health care professional, will only be contacted with your permission.
